Yes my car was quite dirty,however paying for a platinum service I was expecting a lot better you can clearly see patches on the outside of my car which has been missed.oh and the inside you can clearly see dirt on plastic around the doors,also cloth marks on inside door panels and even places they had missed cleaning not impressed really and would not use again
Maybe this car wash a few years ago was not as good as it is now, however now every time I go in with my Range Rover or my wife's car they do an excellent job every time inside and out while we we do the shopping. Another thing to consider is mistakes happen so if there is a little dirt left on the car which has happened, ask a member and they'll get rid of it. Would recommend for anyone.

Im just reviewing to address the balance. Good service. Nice people. Really not as bad as the other reviews would have you think.
Used these two or three times over the last 5 years or so, every time been left feeling cross, so never again.First time I used them they'd scratched my nearside front passenger window with something to remove some bird poo, and damaged the glass - couldn't prove anything so that was that.Second time alloys only half clean.Usually 7 for my car but today - third time - I'm told it's 10 because 'it's black' with dirt... I am not happy but fine whatever, I want it cleaned. Was told it'd be waxed for that price too.Came back and gave him the tenner, at which point he said he even washed the five windows for me as well. Five windows? Pretty sure there's at least six.. and shouldn't you be washing them anyway....?Walk across the car park and look at my wheels, they only cleaned the bits they could see again, so half the alloys are filthy. Windows and mirrors smeared and mucky.Won't be going back...
